Account Explanation:
Please be aware that the Account mentioned in this document is separate from the software. The software does not directly manage or store trading deposits. Instead, these deposits are kept in a private trading account managed by a third-party service provider, referred to as the Broker. The Broker administers and supervises the Account and its funds, offering trading services to the user.
Withdrawal Features:
This software cannot process withdrawals from the Account to other accounts or third parties. Its core functionality is focused on real-time data analysis, evaluation, and the automation of tasks.
1. PROVISIONS
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

1.9 You must keep direct and constant oversight over the Application while it is online and operational, ensuring you can access and control its functions at all times.
1.10 If you do not understand trading principles, margin trading, or the offered trading software or do not fully accept the related risks, you are not permitted to use the Application.
1.11 The use or distribution of the Application must not breach domestic laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
1.12 Information, trading signals, or instructions provided by the Application are solely opinions and do not constitute investment advice.
1.13 Decisions you make based on information provided by the Applications are your responsibility, and you are solely liable for the resulting trades and investments.
1.14 The Application developers do not offer financial or investment services, and using the Application should not be interpreted as such.
1.15 Choosing to use the Applications on a Demo or Live account is your decision, with full responsibility for any financial outcomes.
